Nov 4 began with a simple exercise:

 
  Leader starts on left foot, walking forward to music

L stops on left foot after odd number of steps;

RLR on spot with legs closed;

push forward on left etc

Repeat mixing left and right foot starts at random

 
   
   
  Leader starts on left foot, walking forward to music

L stops on left foot after odd number of steps;

RLR on spot with legs open;

push forward on left etc.

Include gentle anti-clockwise rotation; leader pivoting on back foot

   
  Leader starts on left foot, walking forward to music

L stops on left foot after odd number of steps;

RLR on spot with legs open;

push forward on left etc.

Mix traspie with legs open and closed at random:

   
   

And a box:

   
  Leader starts offset on left foot, walking forward to music

L stops on left foot after odd number of steps;

R forward and to right;

L closes to right side

push R forward around follower turning torso toward her

forward on left;

R forward and to right

L forward and close to right; repeat

Inlcude traspie when pushing forward on R around follower:

   
  Leader starts offset on left foot, walking forward to music

L stops on left foot after odd number of steps;

R forward and to right;

L closes to right side

push R forward around follower turning torso toward her

transfer some weight back onto left

transfer some weight forward on right

forward on left;

R forward and to right

L forward and close to right; repeat

Include anti-clockwise rotation on back foot of traspie step:

   
  Leader starts offset on left foot, walking forward to music

L stops on left foot after odd number of steps;

R forward and to right;

L closes to right side

push R forward around follower turning torso toward her

transfer some weight back onto left

transfer some weight forward on right

forward on left;

R forward and to right

L forward and close to right; repeat

Combine first turning move with turnign box to extend the box:
